Tile/Clone an Image

PostThu Jun 15, 2017 6:51 pm

A frequent motion graphics thing we do deals with strange resolutions for ribbon LED boards—think 10112x48, or 2880x64. Right now, my only Fusion solution is to connect a node to multiple transform nodes and merge them down to essentially duplicate an image or animation a few times across the ribbon.

Is there a better way to do this, some way to essentially tile or clone an image or animation without multiple transform or merge nodes?

Your source fed into a single transform node set to wrap, scaled down?

Or use the 'duplicate' Fuse, that can be found under 'effects'. You can make multiple copies with off-sets there.
