Drag layers up/down in timeline not working on Mac?

Hi,

I'm new to Fusion. I'm evaluating the free Fusion 8.2.1 build 6 to see if I could move to Fusion as a replacement for Shake on Mac OS X 10.11.6. It's looking pretty good so far. Going through the documentation and its tutorial I've run into a few issues that may be bugs on Mac OS X, or just newbie errors.

Pg. 236 in the manual says you can drag the layer headers up/down in the timeline to reorder them but that doesn't seem to work on Mac OS X unless I'm missing something. I've tried it when viewing as "All Tools." I don't get the drag up/down cursor when hovering over the layer headers and nothing happens when I try to drag them up/down. Am I missing something?

Not a Mac issue; it doesn't work in Windows, either. It does work in 7.7, so it's yet another feature that broke in the shift to 8.

It looked like a bug but I wasn't sure if it was Mac only or across the board.

This still appears to be broken in Fusion 9
