At the moment you can't. There used to be an advanced option for installation, but there isn't right now.
On the other hand: Fusion isn't a large program. If you don't have room on you c: drive then you're bound to end up with other troubles as well.
What you can do is install to c: and then just move the installed directory to your applications drive.
Pre-BMD Fusion was a very portable application, you could run it from wherever. Maybe this is still the case. I haven't tried it myself, but it's worth trying out.
