Workflow Fusion 9 studio + resolve

I want to work with my friend (colorist) on the same project simultaneously on two workstations/pc's
I dream about this kind of workflow
I go with compositing work on fusion 9 studio and he is grading on resolve (studio)
I would love to work on the same project effectively.
What is bother me is how to menage that?
I'm not sure if it's worth to notify that we are working in resolve on RAW's.
I will be greateful for any help.
