Fusion 9 Linux Render Node

Good afternoon Forum.
After a morning of trying many options, I got a Linux node to render some PNGs.
I found the following limitations:
a) If you use any font, it must be available in exactly the name name and with the same options as the font defined in the Comp.
b) The images formats seem to be the only valid output options. I tried PNG, HDR, RAW and various others. You can change the name of the output file series just before submitting the Comp. It's quite difficult to get exactly the same path definitions across Linux and Mac.
c) Both the software and OpenGL renderers work for me.
So here's the questions:
i) Is there any way to find a detailed log? "Incorrect Argurment" is not particularly helpful as a message, in this case trying to output H264:
It would be great to get Quicktime output to work.
Regards
Andy
