FREE Fusion NOT working on MacOS High Sierra

from the moment i installed Resolve 14 free version from the app store Fusion 9 stopped working on Sierra, and still doesn't work inside of high sierra... i called tech support they said i can only get support through email, i emailed them and then they asked if i was using the free version or the paid studio (as if it mattered) i said free they said i can only get tech support through the forum. so here i am. if anyone can help i'd appreciate. I have a 27 inch 2017 iMac running High Sierra with a Radeon Video card with 4 gb of video RAM and the computer has 32 gb of RAM... fusion drive... I also have installed the creative cloud with element 3D, mObject and mFlare, Modo and SketchUp in case that has anything to do with it. thank you.

I did a clean install of High Sierra and Fusion 9 works fine.
