Using MXF (DNxHD) output with alpha channel in Adobe

It's a little off-topic but since I came to know MXF using Fusion for the first time I'm curious if anyone had any luck using an MXF container with a DNxHD sequence that has an alpha channel in Adobe Premiere or After Effects?
