If you are using Fusion 9.0.2 you can try using the version of Cryptomatte v1.2 that is provided by the We Suck Less forum's "Reactor" package manager tool. I think that approach might be an easier Cryptomatte installation process for you and should provide less headaches then the manual installation approach.
You can download and install the free Reactor tool here:

Reactor > Open Reactor... menu item.
Then in the Reactor package manager window, look on the left side of the screen for Cryptomatte in the
Tools > Matte Category section.

P.S. If you do use the Reactor installation approach for adding Cryptomatte to your Fusion system please make sure to remove any of the previous Cryptomatte files from your earlier manual install attempt. Thanks.
