Viewer missing

PostSun Dec 10, 2017 2:43 pm

Hello,

Today, I downloaded Fusion 9 as a new cutting program. So, I started it, and then wanted to make my first little project. Well, I had one problem. It sounds really weird, but my Viewer is missing. I really searched the complete program after a solution but I can't find anything. If it's any helpful, I am on Linux Mint 18.1 Serena. I would really appreciate help.

Cheers
Philipp

Hi.

If you click on the "Console" tab that is accessible in the Flow area you should see an error message printed that gives more details on why the footage failed to load.

What video codec are you using in the .mov file? Does a regular .mp4 H.264 formatted video file load successfully?

Can you try loading a simple image like a JPEG, or a TIFF file in Fusion to see if the Viewer window graphics context is refreshing correctly.
