Nooby question about macros, settings

Hello,

I have a very simple question for those who are familiar with Fusion, which I am not, obviously.
So, basically, I just need following steps to do, and the tutorials I've found are much more complex than this, and it is hard for me to find what I really need...

1. Import 16-32-bit TIFF or EXR
2. Apply macro (or settings?) I have a txt code for that.
3. export, render or what ever....

I am not kidding, this just impossible for me, and I have no time to look deeper into Fusion.
And last but not least...
I do not want to teach to fish, just give me the fish and feed me for the day!!
So, please, dont point me on google or official help.

Thanks in advance

Ah. I see.
Well at least you don't beat around the bush.
You come here, say you don't know Fusion, don't care to learn and that you don't want to spend any time on it, but you expect other people (like myself) to invest time in you.
Wow. I hope that's going to work out for you.

So far I did this, in the attach, please look...
How to apply these settings or script whatever?
When I move sliders nothing happens, even the numbers on the right side are changing?
Thanks in advance!

PS - In the attach is the full image
