Saving custom shader to bins

PostTue Mar 20, 2018 5:47 am

Hello
If i save my preset using RMB - settings - save as... my preset saved to a def folder without external resources. For this example mean *.jpg files. Only ASCII file.
Image -1

1) Possible to do something same to save my shader with external files? Script? Something else?

2) Is there a way generate *.BMP thumbs with shader preset?

Try "Save All As...".
If I am not mistaken settings are meant for individual nodes only.

But internally Settings, Subnetwork Settings,Copy-Paste, the .comp it self, and Macros:
All the same format (minus some features in macros, comp settings in comp etc.)

So if you "Save All As..." to a macro folder you can easily spawn the whole network.

As to the icons: place a .bmp with the same name next to the node.
