My issue best described by the image above. Need to display the full text but wont go beyond the outer edges defined by the tracking points. How do I enlarge these limits without defining wider tracking references? Is it an upgrade and planer tracker ability?

You could try exporting a planar transform from the tracker and attach it to the text node?

There is a pair of offset sliders for each Tracker at the bottom of the control panel. Those can be used to adjust the location of the tracker away from the actual tracked point.

That's work out for me thanks, it's a bit trail and error as the XY plane and the way it adjusts the plane seem irrational. But everything remains well tracked. Thanks!

Quick question, I've got a second text node using the same tracker but the only way I'm getting it to work is by duplicating the whole track and source then merging them with lighten apply mode (Normal will only display the foreground). It works but seems very convoluted.

Try putting the Trackers in FG Only mode, Merge them together, then Merge that result over the plate. You can use the same Loader for the background input on both Trackers and the Background of the last Merge so you're only loading the footage once.

edit: Or you could Merge the Text nodes together prior to the Tracker and use only one of those. That would probably be simpler.

So I did the obvious text merge before tracker but only background text showing. Went into the merge channel tab and fiddled with the foreground Z-offset and the foreground appears just as long as the value doesn't = 0. Not sure why that is but working neatly now.
Thanks!
