Windows 10 System Fusion 9 will not open

PostWed Mar 28, 2018 6:11 pm

Has this issue been corrected? I have seen several posts and no solution. I have tried reinstalling it, reinstalling C++ no luck. It was working back on 9.0 then one day it just stops working. I have two desktop computers and so I attempted to install it on the second desktop same issue no splash screen comes of black and the message from windows the program is not responding. DaVinci Resolve works fine. Did one more test and install Fusion on my laptop which I do you use post-production, but it did work, for how long who knows. The two desktop computers have nothing in commend accept they both use AMD processors but are different models. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My System setup:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Eight-Core Processor 3.87 GHz
RAM 32.0 GB
OS Windows 10
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Driver Version 390.65

must be AMD. Works fine here with Intel. Have you tried patching up your mobo drivers/bios? Just checking to make sure you're as compatible as you can.

I am going to check drivers. I have checked other Forum Creative Cow others. It is not an AMD issue others have reported it on Intel systems also.
