How to Bend/Twist 2D things ?

PostFri Apr 20, 2018 3:15 pm

Hi,

Newbie question :
I'd like to bend a text in order to fit it other along a curved thing
and dont know how to do it...

There's the grid warp tool but it's not very convenient.

Any help please ?

In what way do you want to bend things?
If you're running Studio, you can install the Krokodove plugin, which can do some cool warps.
If you have an example of what you want to do, that would be the most helpful.

If you just want the text to follow a line in your picture you can go to the Layout tab in the Text+ tool, you can select path and create the shape you want your text to follow.

The gridwarper is VERY flexible, it can bend twist squish squash in all sort of shapes. Make sure you read the docs on this one :)
