How do I split Open EXR Multilayers in Fusion

PostMon Apr 23, 2018 5:56 pm

Why cant Fusion have a node that simply reads the layer IDs and splits them out like Nuke or Natron? This channel booleans thing is so NOT intuitive whatsoever. And I cannot get it to work at all.

There is a script, hos_SplitEXR_Ultra, available in Reactor that will do the job.

No, Resolve can't yet get any channels beyond RGBA in its MediaIn node. I'm sure that's a top priority for the next build.

Then there is no problem with fusion and multilayer exr, it's that fusion in resolve can't work with it
