Fusion 9 sluggish with OFX

A simple flow with a loader and Sapphire lens flare.
I am trying to keyframe the lens flare.
As I drag on the timeline after awhile Fusion freezes and I get the hour glass for a minute or so then Fusion comes back. Sometimes it crashes.
Impossible to work with it.
Turned off OpenCL, replaced MXF media in the loader with jpeg proxy, switched to proxy mode, but it didn't help.

Fusion 9 studio, Win10, 64GB RAM, GTX1080TI

Can you reproduce without the plugin?

All is good without the OFX plugin.
Same flow just deleted the OFX.
