I'm new here and maybe this was already discussed, in that case I apologize... I don't have a beast as PC, but it is anyway quite good to manage large projects in Resolve and (until standalone version 9) also Fusion.
With the new Fusion integrated in Resolve (even with the second Beta), I'm having serious issues, so that I have to skip the tab directly. As soon as I try anything, even with a simple clip, everything becomes slow and blocks the whole workspace.
I tried to set some options in the settings (e.g., run Fusion on CPU, etc.) with the same result... Do you have the same issue? Anyone did something magic to solve the issue? Fusion 9 was working very well, I don't understand how such a performance decrease from one version to another is possible...
The software version is DaVinci Resolve v15.0.0B.037
My PC is a Windows 10 HP Pavilion laptop machine. CPU is an Intel Core i7-7500U 2.7GHz, 64Gb RAM, with an NVIDIA GeForce 940MX with 2Gb of dedicated RAM. Probably there is also an integrated graphic card, because in the control panel I see "Intel(R) HD Graphics 620".
Are this information enough? Which other information should I provide? Thanks, Marco
I will certainly try it tonight... Yet I have tried also the option to run Fusion completely on CPU and the same issue happened... But thanks for the hint!!!
