Its getting slow

Hai everyone, im new to Fusion 9 and im using the free version of it.
Since i installed and learn about it. I had never have a problem with anything.
It was light and useful.

But after a few month or so, 3-4 projects i've been working on.
And suddenly, now it became really slow. I havent use alot of nodes.
i mean, im doing some simple stuff. Yet it became so heavy for this past few weeks.

As a beginner, i use after effect before, and it was heavy because of cache. But from what i read, the cache in fusion are kinda different. In daily basis, i use 1080 25fps footage, and with some little touchup, i render a video H.624 for about 30 secs max 1 min. But now days, some shots coul take up to 1.5 hours to render. I mean, it wasnt that complicated as a composition.
If someone could help me, it will really appreciate it.

P.S: i have no problem with projects speed before this came up.
