Which OS? Any specific hardware? Fusion version?

If you mean unexpected closing down the application - so its kind of normal. Sometimes even while super common things like a moving point of the Polygon mask.
Win10, Fusion9, GTX1080

A lot of us are having issues of this type, worst part is they are so random it is hard to work out what the problem is. Best option is to raise these bugs with Fusion support, my previous dealings with them has shown that they believe this is uncommon behavior. It is not. It needs to be logged with them so they can investigate. I am hoping for a maintenance release soon but given the are fawning over the Resolve implementation I'm not so hopeful.

Fusion 9 is way more randomly crashy than fusion 7 (or fu 6 ,fu 5 ) .

Fu 8 wasn't that great but I kinda expected things to mature with fu 9.

I'd be nervous about using fu 9 on a big production right now and would probably reach for fu 7 ( choosing stability over features )
