UMP 4.6k Footage workflow in Fusion

I seem to be doing a lot more UMP projects at the moment where I am VFX and Colorist and I would love to get some advice with workflow as my currently workflow (which is basically import directly into Fusion using BMD Film) doesn't seem to give me consistent results with what I am seeing in Resolve. I have no viewer LUTs on in either software but Fusion appears slightly less contrasty and saturated. I know I could go the Fusion Connect or Resolve Fusion route but I am try to make sure this workflow is applicable when I am not the colorist as well.
