Just a word to tell you I don't think an OFX conflict would result in that behavior, for I had some too and only saw the warning message populated with every ofx which won't work ...without preventing Fusion to open afterwards.
To be sure, I found a way here around on the forum which indicated to create a file text placed in a blacklist folder you create etc etc... Neat was one of them btw. Maybe you could find it here : this allows you keep each ofx where they are (to work in other apps) and to investigate further.
