Bypass/Deactivate Expressions

PostWed Jul 04, 2018 8:51 pm

Hi,

I was wondering if there's a way to bypass/deactivate expressions within a macro...? Let's say I've three different while loops, of which only one is needed at a time (selected via a ComboControl or such). Now, this being the case, it seems to me that there is little point in having all of them executed at all times. I'm especially worried about the cumulative effect of having tons of unnecessary calculations performed as the macro grows in complexity. So my question is, is there any way to bypass the unneeded portions or at least optimize the code to keep the resource wasting at a minimum?
