Timestretcher/Render problem

PostWed Jul 11, 2018 11:41 pm

In standalone Fusion Studio 9, I have a problem with render files truncating.
If, say, you have a 100 second clip in the loader, it is possible to slow down the clip using a Timestretcher leading to a final render range of greater than 100 seconds. This plays totally normally on the timeline with images displayed as expected in the views, right to the end of the render range.

However if you add a saver and render the timeline, all seems to be working, except when you examine the rendered file when it is only 100 seconds long. On looking at the timeline, the saver has a red line, in this case from 100 seconds to the end of the render range.

Is this standard behaviour?
Should it output all of the render range?
How does Fusion in Resolve15 deal with a timeline in the Fusion tab that has a greater length to that in the Resolve tab?

Thanks
John
