[MACRO] AbsoluteBlur_SdR

Hi, I just created a new macro for people who want to use the blur tool in Fusion, but use actual pixels instead of the - slightly abstract - size slider. No more guessing what the size of your blur is, just adjust the Blur in Pixels slider and you're done.

*disclaimer* to make the Blur absolute, you lose Fusion's resolution independence, so if you change the size of your input image, you have to adjust the size of your blur to maintain the same optical, visual result.
