The Fusion 8 document is about 95% accurate about about 75% complete for Fusion 9. Additional information can be gleaned from a pair of scripts available through Reactor: The Action Listener will help to uncover syntax for anything that uses Fusion's relatively new Actions system, and the FusionScript Help Browser can show you every object in the Fusion registry, along with methods and child objects. Both scripts are part of the UI Manager Lua & Python Examples collection by Andrew Hazelden.
I haven't looked through the dev materials distributed with the release version of Resolve, but during the beta they were fairly rudimentary. I also haven't attempted to write any scripts in Resolve outside of doing some ad hoc automation in the console on the Fusion page.
Igor's recommendation of steakunderwater.com is a good one. Most of the accomplished Fusion TDs hang out there.
