Hi, I've imported a basic 3D scene and I'd like to connect the center position of an ellipse mask to the position data of a 3D object (alembic).

I don't need the Z pos data, I'm just interested in matching the objects XY position.

I was trying to find a way to publish the position data so I could use the connect to command but I've had no luck so far.
As a temporary solution I've simply tracked the object, but ideally I'd like to use the object's position data in future.

Any ideas?
