Where is the documentation of "Frame Render Script"?

I did a short search and didn't find the scripting documentation.

Can someone provide either a source to read about this or a short summary as to how the frame render script works?

The documentation is in your program directory in the developer directory. (not in 'help' where you probably would expect it) It's called the Fusion 8 Script Manual.
