Lots of crashes on OS X Mojave

Hi there,

I'm getting lots of crashes on my MacPro ashcan (OS X Mojave)- especially when rendering - I'm thinking of getting a linux machine for rendering.Has anyone got recommendations as to which linux version works well and suggestions for a machine spec. I dont need great speed. For this current job, I have 130 motion graphics which need to go into 30 languages so I want reliability...

My comps would be difficult to do in resolve - I'm using Fusion. Not keen on Windows - I have a linux server so the os is not daunting. I'm looking for a quick fix for rendering...
