Why would you think there'd be any restrictions?
It's not as if you can keep a copy and sell the original -- because the Studio version won't work without the dongle so your own copy would become useless.
You see dongles for sale on eBay all the time -- but a *lot* of those are counterfeit and BMD has updated some of its software (Resolve) not to work with those fake dongles.
