Fusion and HDR Video Monitor output

Hi!

i am trying to configure and display HDR-color-corrected content on HDR TV / Monitor.
The option in Preferences>Video Monitoring, is a bit vague, and actually doesn't do anything of a difference.

Anyone can help to clear / point /push me in the right direction?
some links / help is greatly appreciated
