Animate a propeller with fast rotation

Noob alert!

I have searched through the forum and I could not seem to find a direct answer which addresses my question. How can I animate a propeller to make it spin fast with the motion blur effect? I know how to animate but no matter how high I make the animate rotation input it still all appears to be the same speed. I know in After Effects there is an equation that you can put in to animate the rotation. Is there a similar way to animate a propeller in Fusion?

Can you show what parameter you are animating and what value you are trying to use? Is this an image of a propeller or something you created within Fusion?

What do you mean with
no matter how high I make the animate rotation input it still all appears to be the same speed

Do you mean it doesn't rotate faster or just that no motion blur appears?
Also, is it a 2D animation or 3D?
If it's just the motion blur:
In a 3D scene you have to activate "Motion Blur" under the third tab whose icon looks like an atom (don't know the actual name of that tab) in the Renderer3D (R3n) tool (see attachment)
If it's a 2D animation and your animating a mask you have to activate that in the same tab but in the masks tool (Rct, Elp, Ply, ...), or if your animating some image with a Transform (Xf) you have to activate "Motion Blur" in that Transform tool, again under the tab with an atom icon.

That's it! I found this button in the standalone version of Fusion. Is it available in Resolve Fusion also?
