Can Fusion fill text plus add stroke

I seem to have one choice with text strokes. Either text filled with color or text transparent with a stroke.
I'd like both colored text with a black stroke, can it be done?

Can you please define what you mean by 'stroke'? Do you mean an outline?
If so, you can use other elements to add those to your text.

Sure, under "Shading" there are a row of numbers (1-8). Just enable (2) or more and set the effect you want. The effects stack on so you can do 1 for the fill, 2 for the outline, for example.

Make sure you have the Text+ node selected, then click on the 4th tab of the Inspector that looks like a paintbrush. Select Element should be set at 1, this is your fill. Then click on it and choose 2. Make sure that "enabled" is checked. This is your outline. You can chose what color and how thick you want the outline to be.
