Fusion BG preview of FX

EX Adobe ...new to Resolve and Fusion...be gentle.

Working my way through the learning curve via tutorials etc but a simple one for you guys please.

I have a simple logo rondel (psd) stacked above a clip in a Edit Page timeline. The Alpha works fine and I can see the logo over the BG clip in EDIT page timeline.

I want to add a drop shadow to the rondel...so in Fusion I have added a Shadow between Media In and Media Out. Set the parameters and it works fine...(over the Checker Underlay)...and back in the Edit page.

But I can not work out how to see it overlayed, on the actual clip, while staying in the Fusion Page?

I am sure it is possible and I have missed something here. Help please. Craig

If you’re using 16 try applying the shadow directly in the Edit Page using Shadow under ResolveFX. I believe it may be Studio only, but you can see a preview. To see it all in Fusion you will need to make your logo a composite clip to bring it into Fusion. Add everything you need. I would probably do it in 3D and add a camera to control things better.

You can add the png file from within the Fusion tab.
