fusion effect messing clip first frame

I have a timeline with about 400 clips which all have a paint node with strokes, and about 30% of those clip, for some reason I dont understand, have their first frame doubled and thus start 1 frame late.
this dosent show when in fusion tab, only in the color/edit tab and when exported, and if I hit shift+d or reset the fusion composition the double frame disappear and the clip go back to normal.
after reseting the fusion composition, just adding a fusion node make the issue come back...
resolve 16 or 15 shows the same problem.
clips are from a scene detected dnxhr 4k file.
in resolve 15.3 I noticed this little error flag at the bottom right corner with errors :
any idea?
