Dual screens

PostWed Jun 26, 2019 12:28 am

I have a dual 27" GUI screen setup.

If I run Fusion inside Resolve I can have the the timeline and spline screens and other windows available on my 2nd screen.

If I run Fusion 16 Studio standalone I cannot find anyway to use the second screen apart from the little floating windows that cannot be saved, and don't reload on restart and are only specific to the current composition.

Bit of a PITA

Any ideas??

You might try using Fusion Standalone v9 for the moment which has a fully reconfigurable and dockable GUI. Then you could switch to Fusion Standalone v16 once the program is out of beta, and its non-reconfigurable GUI issues are "resolved". :)

Fusion .comp files can effortlessly move between Fusion 9 and 16 so you won't have a problem going forwards and backwards with your composites.
