Animation in Still Photos

Hi Everyone,
Does Fusion allow for animating still photos? (Think moving clouds or water) I found how to do it in Adobe but am unable to figure it out in fusion.

it would be easier to answer the question with a bit more detail

you can e.g. animate clouds in a still image with a gridwarp node which holds the horizon inplace and moves the top horizontally ...

or you can displace water with some noise...

Yes, Fusion can animate still images using warp tools.
