Just ran into this issue as well, Cloud Store 20TB, version 1.3 on the software. At first I came into work and I wasn't able to find the Cloud Store on our network, despite the ethernet ports showing activity, so I did a restart on the Cloud Store, and since then none of the 10G ports are showing any activity. I'm able to access through a 1G port, but we have multiple computers connected so this is not working for us.
Did you ever find a solution?
