Cloud Store 10g connection not working

Good day. We recently purchased the Cloud store 20TB and it was working on day 1. However Day 2 the 10G connection has stopped working. It no longer shows connectivity on the back 4 ports. We have since tried other solutions but without the 10G connections we are limited to the usb c connections which is just one computer. Anyone have experience with this issue? Thanks

Just ran into this issue as well, Cloud Store 20TB, version 1.3 on the software. At first I came into work and I wasn't able to find the Cloud Store on our network, despite the ethernet ports showing activity, so I did a restart on the Cloud Store, and since then none of the 10G ports are showing any activity. I'm able to access through a 1G port, but we have multiple computers connected so this is not working for us.

Did you ever find a solution?
