Wrong aspect ratio H.264 Pro Recorder

Capturing a NTSC (SD) video with H.264 Pro Recorder, native mode, using 10.9.7, the captured file give me an display aspect ratio of 648x480 and PAR of 9:10, it should be 640x480 and PAR of 8:9. How to fix that...

You can't fix, only BM can.
You can search fro h264 aspect change tool. It will update headers without any re-ecnoding.

And I also have audio glitches when importing the file into Final Cut Pro X. I don't have those glitches when reading with Quicktime Player.
