Hi all,
I am running an AVID and Davinci on a 2018 iMac Pro. In the interest of getting output to an external monitor we have a Ultrastudio 4K. As a Thunderbolt 2 only product, we use Thunderbolt 3 > 2 adapter. (genuine Apple).
DaVinici reads the Ultrastudio, and is receiving a signal in the box, so I'll work through the settings to work out how to get a picture to the Monitor, however, AVID does not recognise the Ultrastudio at all.
I'll be doing a check around to see if there are any drivers I'm missing, but if anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated.
