Auto Switching based on who is talking

Hi there. I have an ATEM TV Studio pro 4k switcher. I'd like to know if there is a way to make the active feed be automatically selected by detecting who is speaking. This would remove the need for an operator and decrease post production time by quite a lot. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this? I haven't purchased any software yet. I was thinking of getting FinalCut pro for Mac.

They use a Arduino board to control the ATEM 2 M/E Production Studio 4K

Call me crazy, I'd hire a TV director and have them hit the buttons.
