NUKE V10.5 to DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K via SDI

PostMon Oct 14, 2019 10:59 pm

Getting "Failed to initialize DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K device." when trying to enable monitor output. Works fine in NUKE STUDIO V10.5 and Premiere Pro. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Michael

It turns out the DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K card doesn't like switching from Adobe AE / Premiere to NUKE. I have to disable Adobe if I want to view NUKE and vice versa for viewing Adobe.

Yes, with different apps you have to know how each app releases hardware (sometimes you may have to kill app, which is annoying). Premiere has a setting for it I think.
