PROBLEMS BLACK FRAME WITH INTENSITY SHUTTLE WHILE CAPTURE

I have a big problems, I work on Renasas 3.0 on W7, but if I work on the analog input appears a black frame every two or three seconds while capture, on Avid, Premiere or Video Desktop.

Someone else on this forum had that exact same problem. I believe it had to do with the USB 3.0 port. They added a PCI-E USB 3.0 card, and that fixed it (I think that's what they did). Search the forum, you'll find the thread.

Well, really I have a PCIe USB 3.0, and I dont know where is the problem....

It has to be compatible, not all USB 3.0 PCIe cards are the same.
