Hello,
I have a extremely basic setup. PC with HDMI output as a secondary output. HDMI to the HDMI to SDI converter, and converter directly to monitor via SDI. I get no picture at all.
We have done the firmware update. The light on the device is solid. We have tried changing the resolution to 1280 X720 50 MHz, nothing. It doesn’t get any more basic than this. Any ideas?
