Hi,
I have just installed a Decklink Duo into a Sonnet PCI Thunderbolt 3 enclosure and Desktop Video detects the card as a "Decklink SDI" and not a Decklink Duo. What can I do to force to correctly detect the card.
Blackmagic support came back to me this morning and said that as mine is a Duo 1 I can't configure the connectors to 3 in and 1 out. I have managed to get the pass 2 SDI input into VMix but I can't configure it to pass an output from VMix. All get from the 2 outputs is a loop of the input but it only works if I'm running VMix or Media Express. Does anyone no how to configure the Decklink Duo 1 to output from VMix?
