Adobe CS6 not recognizing my IP4K

PostMon Nov 18, 2019 11:02 am

Hello everyone,,
I have been running Windows 10 Anniversary Update since August 2016 alongside the BMD Desktop Video v10.8.0.0 for my BMD Intensity Pro 4K, and Adobe CS6 (PP and AE) recognize the IP4K just fine for the HDMI-out to my 10-bit display.

I wanted to upgrade to Windows 10 Creators Update. After doing a clean install and loading the BMD Desktop Video v10.9.0.0 and Adobe CS6, I can't get the IP4K to appear in the AE or PP display/video output options. I tried rolling back to 10.8.0.0. I tried un-installing, re-installing, reboots. Sometimes I can get PP to recognize the IP4K, but I have yet to get both AE and PP to recognize them simultaneously. I don't recall this being an issue in past versions of Windows or BMD Desktop Video.

As a result, I have had to rollback to my Win10 AU build. Has anyone else had these sort of problems?
