Ultrastudio 4kMini vs. Decklink 4K Extreme

Hi there!

I´m concidering getting one of these for HDR-Monitoring in 4K.

Is there - besides of internal use (Decklink/PCIe) and external use (Ultrastudio/TB3) - any difference
between these devices?
I´m on a 2019 MacPro and can easily use both.
So the question: has one device some specs/Features which the other doesn't have?

AND: What about Fan noise?
Both do have fans... how loud are they? silent enough for desktop use?

I remember when I first time switched on my (good old) Ultrastudio 4K (TB2) I was shocked about the noise...
(luckily I was able to find a 10m TB2-Cable to put the device in my server room. But this isn't an option for TB3).

Any thoughts?

I've been using the UltraStudio 4K Mini with my 2017 iMac and PA32UCX-K for a while now and didn't even realize it had a fan! hehe
