No video from Intensity Thunderbolt

I have the Intensity Thunderbolt. I use a 2017 iMac primarily with Premiere Pro. I have successfully captured video from old VHS tapes and HI-8 via the Intensity in the past. I last used it in 2018. I tried to capture some footage from my HI-8 camcorder and can not get anything to show up in Media Express with S-Video or composite. I am running Catalina 10.15.3 and Media Express 3.6.1 as well as Desktop Video 11.5.

Any ideas??

The solution was to uninstall and then install Desktop Video 11.4. Works fine.
