I run a live stream for my company. Recently I have been having audio and video issues with the caster program Wirecast. I think I have most of the issues resolved but now I am noticing single frame drops coming out of my Decklink Duo 2. I have updated the drivers and it does not seem to resolve the issues I am having.
Is there a way to run a diagnostic on the Duo to see if there is a fault on the card?
Rig is Dell Performance 7920 / Windows 10 / dual Xeon Silver 2.2 CPUs / 64g Ram / SSD Boot Drive & SSD Data Drive. Cameras are obviously connected via SDI.
