Ultrastudio Expres with Mc does not working

Hi, I just installed the Blackmagic Ultrastudio express. With Final Cut works, but not with Media Composer. I reinstalled Media Composer as well as Ulstrastudio drivers and still nothing. I tried to change the order of the installation (first BM then MC and vice versa) also not working.

Does anyone know what needs to be done to get it working?

I beg you! it's frustrating, I spent $ 500 and I've been waiting three months for a magic box that does not work!
