ATEM TVS swapping color channels

I have an ATEM television studio and a 1 M/E. the TVS has decided to swap the Red and Blue color channels on HDMI input 1, resulting in everyone looking like smurfs. This happened once on our 1 M/E and was resolved by power cycling and it never happened again. No such luck with the TVS, smurf vision seems to be here to stay.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Could be a mis-negotiation of the connection between the devices and selecting Y'Cb'Cr' over RGB or vise versa.

I also had some PCs that I could not get the switcher to recognize. According to BM support, it is a known issue that the later firmware versions have trouble with computer sources.

They suggested I roll back the firmware & software to version 3.1.1.

After rolling back the firmware everything works great.
